After 10 long years, wrestling other worst kept secret was revelead with AJ Lee making her much anticipated return to the WWE during the 5th September 2025 episode of Friday Night Smackdown joining her husband CM Punk in his hometown of Chicago, in which Lee came to CM Punks aid to confront Becky Lynch.
It's suspected that AJ Lee will join her husbands side to take on the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins & his wife the Intercontinental Champion, Becky Lynch at Wrestlepalooza on Saturday, September 20, 2025 as WWE debuts on ESPN.
Last time AJ Lee was last seen in WWE was after WrestleMania 31 shortly after CM Punks sudden departure from wrestling as a whole.
