Roman Reigns retained the World Heavyweight Championship after surviving a brutal challenge from Penta in Mexico City. Despite Penta injuring Reigns’ arm with the Sacrifice and hitting a Springboard Mexican Destroyer, The OTC caught Penta’s springboard attempt with a Superman Punch before finishing him with a Spear.
